Yuki Hayama is the artist who uses superhuman techniques to precisely express unique stories spun from patterns from all over the world.
The dragon is an imaginary creature that lives in water, flies in the sky, and creates clouds and summons rain. In china, the dragon is known as the symbol of the “Emperor”, and it has become an important decorative design in korea and japan.
The phoenix is an imaginary sacred bird that dwells in paulownia trees, eats bamboo nuts, and drinks spring water. It is said to appear as an auspicious sign of the birth of the holy heavenly son. It is often depicted with paulownia and peony.
The thunder design is placed on the top and bottom, and the arabesque and shippo design are meticulously drawn in rich red.
The inscription “Yuki” is written on the bottom.
Dragon and phoenix design have been decorating buildings such as yakushiji temple since the hakuho and tenpyo eras. In 1991, held the “Yuki Hayama Exhibition, World of Minute Painting” at the Tokyo American Club.
