01Ordering Work
  • Free shipping on orders over JPY 100,000.
  • Works listed online are also sold in store, please understand that earlier orders will be given priority.
  • We endeavor to restock our inventory as quickly as possible, but please understand that delays may occur due to certain factors, such as holidays and the availability of contacts.
  • Once we have confirmed our inventory, we will send you an order confirmation E-mail.

03Work Shipping

Split Payment Terms
*We cannot change or cancel the target work.
*If payment is delayed for more than Two months without consent, the contract may be cancelled.
*In case of cancellation due to customer’s convenience, a penalty（10% of the work price）and a handling fee will be charged.
Payment Deadline
Within one week from order（The sales contract becomes official once the payment is completed）
Warranty of Works
  • We guarantee the authenticity of the age, description, and provenance of the work as described.
    If a legal appraiser determines that the product is not authentic, you may return the work for a refund（price + shipping + appraisal fee）regardless of the time period.
    （This does not apply if the product is judged to be unauthentic by a person who is not a legal appraiser.）
  • In the event that the actual work does not meet your expectations due to the difference between the impression based on the work photo on the website and the actual work.
    You may return it within one week from the date of arrival.
    The customer is responsible for outbound shipping and handling（credit card processing fee, shipping insurance, etc.）and return shipping.
    Please refrain from returning tea utensils and other works that are intended for temporary use.
  • Please note that all works are subject to strict inspection by our staff.
    In the unlikely event that there is a scratch or repair that we have not declared, we will accept the return.
    The majority of our antique pieces have been in use for over hundreds of years, so it is rare to find pieces that are unused like modern ceramics.
    The condition of the works will be described in as much detail as possible, but please understand that unused works are rare.
  • We take great care in working with shipping companies to ensure that there are no mishaps in the delivery of our works.
    Please contact us immediately if you find any damage due to shipping.
    Please be sure to check the contents upon arrival, as the warranty will no longer apply after a certain period of time.
  • We will not be able to accept returns in the following cases.
    * Damaged work（excluding those damaged by shipping）.
    * Work that are different from the purchased work.
