燗鍋
燗鍋とは懐石に用いられる酒次です。元来は酒を鉄製の鍋に入れ、直接火に掛けていた雑器でしたが、茶人によって茶の湯釜に見立てられ、更に酒器（燗鍋）へと形が整い、懐石道具となりました。材質は鉄が主ですが、銅、銀、金、陶磁器製もあり、必ず注口と弦手が付いています。共蓋を原則としますが、替蓋が何枚もあるのは席中でお客様にお勧めする時に目先を変える為です。
