売買が成立致しますと、オークション方に落札価格の売歩が発生致します。
私方の仲介手数料を含め、手取りは落札価格の70～75%となります。
（配送業者を利用した場合には運送費が別途必要となります)
落札価格(100%) － 売歩(5～10%) － 仲介手数料(20%) ＝ 手取り(70～75%)
仲介手数料は出品表作成や下見前日の陳列を含んでおります。
落札価格を証明するオークション発行の売伝票を添え、
売却現金をお支払いさせて頂きます。
