Shigetaka Kato
加藤重高
加藤重高 1927（昭和2）年生
加藤重高は加藤唐九郎の三男として愛知県瀬戸市に生まれました。
1945（昭和20）年に愛知県瀬戸窯業学校を卒業後、
父に師事して作陶に従事しました。
1966（昭和41）年、日展で特選北斗賞を受賞しました。
1967（昭和42）年、日本陶磁協会賞を受賞しました。
1970（昭和45）年、日本現代工芸展で工芸賞を受賞しました。
1971（昭和46）年以降は公募展出展を止め、作品発表を個展としました。
1998（平成10）年、名古屋芸術家特賞を受賞しました。
現代美濃陶芸会の重鎮として志野、織部、黄瀬戸、唐津の茶陶を中心に陶壁も手掛けました。
